Home from road trip

We are finally home. We got back Monday evening. We had a great time, but are really glad to be home.
Car time....
Our house to Tucson- 9.5 hours
Tucson to Phoenix- 4 hours
Phoenix to Vegas- 6 hours
Vegas to home 6 hours

So, how did we get them to behave so well in the car?

DVD players for the car!!! They don't watch tv at home. And, their carseats are still rear facing. So, how boring would it be to stare at the back of a seat for many hours? So, we got them portable DVD players for the car. They LOVED them!!!! They especially love watching Barney. They will not stay in the car, they are just for special road trips.
We were so luck to see the Weinermobile while driving to AZ. I was the most excited :).

We stopped and took many breaks to feed the girls and allow them to stretch their legs. Here is Daddy and Miley playing.

We took the girls on several walks at my Grandpa's house. He has lots of land and the girls liked looking around.

We had a wonderful time and we can't believe how good the girls were!!!! But, we are glad to be home!
