Thumb Sucking

I am trying to get Miley to stop sucking her thumb. I really think that it is affecting her teeth. I tell her, "Get your thumb out of your mouth. You are not a baby." She usually takes it out of her mouth. Friday I was driving to the craft fair and I told her this. She removed her thumb and put her pinky in her mouth to suck on. I told her to get it out of her mouth, and she did. Then, I look back again and she had her index and middle finger in her mouth. Poor girl. This is going to be a hard habit to break. I just feel so bad for her. I stopped to take a shot of her pinky in her mouth.
